1. All office services, products etc. are provided at the rates quoted at the time, and are subject to change without notice and are quoted in UNITED KINGDOM POUNDS
2. Mailing Address, charges are charged for on a monthly basis and are due on completion of subscription application or signing our agreement. All charges are non refundable under any circumstances. Charges will be collected by PayPal subscription or monthly standing order mandate through a UK based Bank , (sublect to status checks) commencing on the date of our agreement
3. Notice to terminate any agreement can be given at anytime after the first three months by either Colinwood House Services or the Client by giving one months notice in writing. However, Colinwood House Services reserves the right to cancel this agreement without notice if the Client is in breech of all or any part of this agreement.
4. Additional charges for services will be invoiced on a monthly basis by Colinwood House Services and will be due for payment strictly in accordance with our terms of payment, which are STRICTLY NETT SEVEN DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
5. Colinwood House Services reserves the right to reject any Client, should they suspect that their services are being used for illegal or immoral purposes, or any other reason deemed to be in conflict with Colinwood House Trading Policies.
6. ALL CLIENTS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF THEIR IDENTITY TO COLINWOOD HOUSE SERVICES PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. PLEASE SEND COPIES OF TWO DIFFERENT CURRENT UTILITY BILLS (Gas, Electric, Telephone or similar) WITH YOUR APPLICATION
